Ingredients
- 2 tbsp onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 c milk
- 2 c american cheese, shredded
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
Directions

In large pan cook onion in butter until tender.

Stir in flour, salt & pepper until well blended

Cook 1-2 minutes, slowly ading milk, stirring constantly

Cook until thickened, about 1 minute

Add cheese, stir until melted

Remove from heat

In small saucepan disoolve bouillon cubes in water. Bring to boil

Add broccoli & cook according to package

Add to cheese mixture

Stir until blended
