Ingredients
- 1 tortilla
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 c. organic refried beans, low-fat or nonfat
- 1 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 1 tbsp. organic cilantro, chopped
- 1 wedge fresh organic lime
Directions

Heat tortilla in microwave or a dry pan.

Mix cumin and chili powder with beans and spread over one half of the tortilla.

Top with cheese, salsa and cilantro.

Add a squeeze of lime.

Fold tortilla into a burrito, and microwave for about 30 seconds, or until warm.
