Bean burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 c. organic refried beans, low-fat or nonfat
  • 1 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. salsa
  • 1 tbsp. organic cilantro, chopped
  • 1 wedge fresh organic lime

Directions

  1. Heat tortilla in microwave or a dry pan.

  2. Mix cumin and chili powder with beans and spread over one half of the tortilla.

  3. Top with cheese, salsa and cilantro.

  4. Add a squeeze of lime.

  5. Fold tortilla into a burrito, and microwave for about 30 seconds, or until warm.
