Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 medium unpeeled red potatoes (about 2-3/4 pounds), washed and halved lengthwise
Directions

the oven to 400.

Melt butter in pan in a 9×13″ pan in the oven or melt butter in the microwave and pour into a 9×13″ baking pan.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the butter.

Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese.

Bake uncovered, at 400 for 40-45 minutes or until tender.
