Ingredients
- 3-1/2 C frozen California-blend vegetables, thawed
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Transfer to a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Fold foil over vegetables and tightly seal. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 12 – 14 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning once. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
