Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips (Or mini chocolate chips)
- 1 pie crust (homemade or store bought)
Directions
- Prepare pie crust according to instructions, or set out store bought pie crust to thaw.

Preheat oven to 325.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs on medium speed until foamy.
- Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
- Cut butter into 1 inch cubes. Then blend in butter.
- On low speed, mix in chocolate chips.
- Pour pie filling into prepared crust and smooth it out with a spoon or rubber spatula.
- Bake pie at 325 for 1 hour.
- Let pie cool and serve with ice cream.
