Ingredients
- 2 Bunches Italian Flat Leaf Parsley (finely chopped.
- 6 (about a bunch) Green onions (finely chopped)
- 4 Lg. Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 3 Lemons
- 5 T. Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Bulgur wheat
- 1 Cup Boiled
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
Directions

Add 1 cup of boiled water to 1 cup Bulgar wheat in a small bowl and mix. Place a tea towel over bowl & set aside to cool.

put all finely chopped veggies in a Lg. bowl. (Parsley, Onions, Tomatoes)

Juice all the lemons and pour over Veggies. Add Olive Oil, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Take the Bulgar and add to veggie mix & fluff. Serve.
