Ingredients

• 1 egg yolk
• 1/3c. corn syrup
• 1/4c. butter
• 1/4c. water
• 2/3c. brown sugar

Directions

1. Cook over low heat,stirring frequently,until slightly thickened.

2. Beat well just before serving. Serve warm or cold.
