Red Chili

about 12g per cup of chili

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 qt tomato juice
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp sugar or splenda
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- red pepper to taste
Directions

Brown together onion, celery, and beef; drain and transfer to a large pot OR crock pot

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour OR cook on LOW 10-12 hours or HIGH 5-6 hours
