Red Chili

about 12g per cup of chili

Cook time: 1 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 qt tomato juice
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar or splenda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • red pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Brown together onion, celery, and beef; drain and transfer to a large pot OR crock pot

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour OR cook on LOW 10-12 hours or HIGH 5-6 hours
