Ingredients
- 1/4 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 cups packaged shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken (10 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 head Boston or Bibb lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Directions

For dressing, in a small bowl stir together salad dressing, soy sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.

In a bowl combine cabbage, chicken, and cilantro. Drizzle with dressing; toss lightly to coat. Line 4 plates with lettuce leaves. Divide chicken mixture among plates. Sprinkle with almonds.
