Ingredients

  • 1 can each:
  • corn
  • black beans
  • black eyed peas
  • pinto beans
  • rotel
  • Cilantro, chopped, to taste
  • Red onion, chopped
  • Oil (1/2C?)
  • Vinegar (1/2C?)
  • Sugar (to taste-- I dump a lot into mix)

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse all bean/corn items. Dump into LARGE bowl, combine rest of ingredients, marinate overnight.
