Ingredients
- 1 can each:
- corn
- black beans
- black eyed peas
- pinto beans
- rotel
- Cilantro, chopped, to taste
- Red onion, chopped
- Oil (1/2C?)
- Vinegar (1/2C?)
- Sugar (to taste-- I dump a lot into mix)
Directions

Drain and rinse all bean/corn items. Dump into LARGE bowl, combine rest of ingredients, marinate overnight.
