Ingredients
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T. onion flakes
- 1 sm. bottle Cookies BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 C. ketchup
- Chicken thighs and legs

Start the night before.

Sauce:

Grease crock pot. Add cut up chicken. (I use thighs and legs because they are easy to de-bone quickly). Add enough water to almost cover. Cook on low overnight. Cool, de-bone, and place shredded meat back in crock pot. Cover with sauce and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve on buns.
