Ingredients
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 1 28 oz can unsalted diced tomatoes
- 2 T chopped fresh basil
- 2 5.5 oz cans low sodium vegetable juice (like V8)
- salt and pepper
Directions

heat oil. Saute garlic and pepper til soft.

Add everything else and cook 15 min.
