Swirled Cheesecake Nibbles

Ingredients

  • 36 vanilla wafers
  • 1 2/3 cups (10 oz pkg) Swirled Real Semi-Sweet and White Chocolate Mosels
  • 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Place 36 2-inch foil bake cups on a baking sheet with sides

  3. Place one wafer, flat side down, on the bottom of each cup

  4. Place 5 or 6 morsels on top of each wafer

  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour in a large mixer bowl until creamy

  6. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat well

  7. Spoon heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture into each baking cup

  8. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until just set and not browned

  9. Remove from oven to wire rack

  10. While still warm, top with remaining morsels (morsels will soften but retain shape)

  11. Cool completely

  12. Cover and refrigerate
