Angela’s Crawfish Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg of crawfish tails
  • 3-4 green onions, diced
  • 3 jars Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 capfuls Crab Boil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, fresh or jarred
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • noodles

Directions

  1. Put crawfish and green onions into a skillet.

  2. Cook until crawfish is done and onions are

  3. completely cooked.
  4. Add Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo sauce.

  5. Allow to boil.

  6. Add Crab Boil

  7. Cook on low for a while, until seasonings are

  8. well mixed.
  9. Add garlic, oregano and basil.

  10. Let it simmer.

  11. Salt and pepper, to taste.

  12. Cook noodles or rice, your choice.

  13. Continue simmering while rice or noodles

  14. cook.
  15. Serve sauce over hot rice or hot noodles.
