Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork cutlets
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 T capers
- Salt
- pepper
Directions

Pound cutlets to 1/4 " thickness.

Rub w/ herbs and spices

Heat oil in skillet. Add pork and cook. Cover with foil after removing.

Add lemon juice and capers to same skillet and cook about 1 min.

Serve pork with lemon juice and caper sauce.
