Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients listed are for 6 enchiladas, so adjust

Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 12 oz shredded mexican cheese
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- diced meat
- corn tortillas (two each?)
- 1 jar enchilada sauce
- (diced green chilies 4 oz)
Directions

Mix first four ingredients

Pour 1/2 cup sauce into casserole dish

Heat 1/2 cup sauce and 1/4 cup water in 10 inch skillet

Dip both sides of tortilla in sauce to soften

Please 2/3 cup mixture across center and roll up

Pleace in dish seam side down

Cover with remaining sause

Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes
