Turkey Stew with Carrots and Corn

Suitable for freezing; mixture can also be baked at 350 for 1:15.

Ingredients

  • 1 large potato
  • 4 carrots
  • 115 grams skinless, boneless turkey
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn
  • 300 mL milk

Directions

  1. Trim and peel the potato and carrots, rinse under cold water, then dice and place in a pan.

  2. Rinse the turkey and cut into thin strips; add to the pan.

  3. Add the corn and milk.

  4. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the turkey is cooked.
