Turkey Stew with Carrots and Corn

Suitable for freezing; mixture can also be baked at 350 for 1:15.

Ingredients
- 1 large potato
- 4 carrots
- 115 grams skinless, boneless turkey
- 1/4 cup frozen corn
- 300 mL milk
Directions

Trim and peel the potato and carrots, rinse under cold water, then dice and place in a pan.

Rinse the turkey and cut into thin strips; add to the pan.

Add the corn and milk.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the turkey is cooked.
