Magic Slice

Rich but yummy

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 30 people

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups biscuit crumbs
  • 75 grams melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate melts
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • ( or 1/2 cup each apricots and craisins)
  • 1 cup long thread coconut
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tin condensed milk

Directions

  1. Mix crushed biscuit crumbs with melted butter.

  2. Press into paper lined Swiss Roll Tin.

  3. Place chocolate melts over base.

  4. Place apricots/craisins on top.

  5. Next layer place coconut.

  6. Next layer place almonds.

  7. Then pour condensed milk over top.

  8. Bake 25-30 minutes in moderate oven, until golden and firm to touch.

  9. When cold, cut into fingers.
