Stuffed Butternut Squash

Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Butternut Squash
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
  • 1 Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Stick butter
  • 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Split squash;

  2. Bake at 350 turned cut side down in water for 20 minutes or until barely tender.

  3. Very carefully remove inside of squash to leave a pretty shell.

  4. Mix squash with all ingredients leaving some cheese for top. Stuff shells and bake for 30 minutes at 325.

  5. May make ahead……
