Stuffed Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- 3 Large Butternut Squash
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
- 1 Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Stick butter
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
Directions

Split squash;

Bake at 350 turned cut side down in water for 20 minutes or until barely tender.

Very carefully remove inside of squash to leave a pretty shell.

Mix squash with all ingredients leaving some cheese for top. Stuff shells and bake for 30 minutes at 325.
