Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 lb thick sliced bacon, cut into 1 inch slices
- 2 sliced cloves of garlic
- 1 lb radiatore pasta
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

Cook bacon with garlic slowly until bacon begins to render fat.

Cook pasta.

In a large serving bowl, beat eggs. Add grated romano cheese and pepper and beat again. When bacon is done, drain off all but 6 T. fat.

Drain pasta and add immediately to eegs. Mix and toss thoroughly along with bacon and reserved bacon fat. The heat from the bacon and pasta cooks the eggs and makes a sauce for the pasta.
