Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 tblsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 3 oz. vanilla pudding
  • 3 oz. butterscotch pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

  1. Filling: Make puddings ahead of time (with 3 c. milk) and then refrigerate.

  2. Crust: Mix flour, butter, sugar, and nuts together; pat into a 9×13″ pan; bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. Cool.

  3. Filling: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 c. Cool Whip together; spread onto cooled crust.

  4. Spread pudding mix on cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts. Chill.
