Ingredients
- 1 cup Almonds, soaked 24 - 48 hours and blanched
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds, soaked 6-8 hours
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, soaked 6-8 hours
- 1/4 cup Pine nuts, soaked 1 hour
- 6 Carrots
- 4 Green Onions
- 4 Stalks of celery
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Leek
- 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes, soaked 2-4 hours
- 3 tsp Kelp powder
- 2 tsp Fresh basil or 1/2 tsp dried
- 2 tsp Fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried
- 2 tsp Fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried
- 11/2 tsp Celtic salt
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- Process all ingredients in a Oscar Juicer with the mincing strainer.
- Add the sugar and the kelp and herbs if they are dry.
- Mix well - Use as pate or make patties and dry in the dehydrator.
