Everyones Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds, soaked 24 - 48 hours and blanched
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds, soaked 6-8 hours
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, soaked 6-8 hours
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts, soaked 1 hour
  • 6 Carrots
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 4 Stalks of celery
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 Leek
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes, soaked 2-4 hours
  • 3 tsp Kelp powder
  • 2 tsp Fresh basil or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 2 tsp Fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 2 tsp Fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 11/2 tsp Celtic salt
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • Process all ingredients in a Oscar Juicer with the mincing strainer.
  • Add the sugar and the kelp and herbs if they are dry.
  • Mix well - Use as pate or make patties and dry in the dehydrator.
