Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 lb turkey sausage
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 cup milk substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp dry mustard

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Shape into small balls. Place in baking pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bring brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard to a boil in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve on top of egg noodles.
