Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 lb turkey sausage
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 cup milk substitute
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp dry mustard
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Shape into small balls. Place in baking pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bring brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard to a boil in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve on top of egg noodles.
