Ingredients
- 1/3 C flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t paprika
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- 4 chick breasts (bone in)
- 2 C chicken broth
- 1/4 C chopped fresh dill
- 8 small new potatoes
- 12 oz fresh asparagus
Directions

Mix flour, salt, and paprika.

Coat chicken and cook in oil skin side down.

Remove from oil.

Pour broth into 2 T flour and wisk until smooth.

Add broth mixture and 2 T dill to skillet.

Add chicken (skin side up) and potatoes.

Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 min.

Add asparagus and simmer 10 more min.

Remove from heas and sprinke with lemon juice and remaining dill.
