Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
- dried unsweetened coconut
- roasted chana dhal - 1/2 cup
- ginger - 1 inch, peeled
- green chili - 2
- chopped cilantro - 1/3 bunch (optional)
- salt - 1 tsp
- white sugar - 1/4 tsp
Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender, adding water slowly until it becomes a rough paste
