Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups scalded milk
- 2 pkg yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup shortening or butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 6-8 cups flour
- Filling:
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
Directions

Mix dough ingredients and let raise for one hour. Roll out to 1/3" thick and coat with cinnamon and sugar.

Mix filling ingredients and pour into kuchen dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30-45 minutes or until inserted knife pulls out clean.
