Strawberry bottom cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crust
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ounces whip topping
  • 1 pint thinly sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry glaze

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Gradually beat in sugar.

  3. Add sour cream and vanilla.

  4. Fold in whip topping.

  5. Spread thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust.

  6. Place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with remaining glaze.

  7. Spoon cream cheese mixture over glazed berries.

  8. Cover with inverted dome and chill until set.
