Egg and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 8oz package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 t dried oregano

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9×13 inch baking dish.

Line the bottom of the dish with crescent roll dough and bake for about 7 minutes (about half-way), then set aside.

Meanwhile, brown sausage in a large, deep skillet over med-high heat. Drain, crumble, and sprinkle over crescent roll dough.

In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs, mozzarella, and cheddar. Season with oregano. Pour egg mixture over the sausage and crescent roll dough.
