Hot Chicken Salad

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken cut up
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbl onion diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 3 tbl lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup blanched toasted almonds
  • 1 cup rice krispies crushed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except rice krispies

  2. Put in greased casserole

  3. Top with crushed rice krispies

  4. Bake 375 for 30 min
