Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients with hand beater just until smooth.

  2. Pour about 2 tbs of roast drippings in muffin tin – heat to almost smoking hot, then pour in batter to 1/2 inch depth. Bake at 450 degrees F until puffed and brown, 15 – 20 minutes, gradually lowing the temp. to 350 degrees for remainder of baking, about 15 minutes.
