Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c icing sugar
- 3/4 c cold butter or margarine
- 1/2 c raspberry jam
- 1 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 3 tbs all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c lemon juice
Directions

In medium bow, combine flour and icing sugar. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 × 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

In small saucepan, stir jam over low heat until melted, spread over baked crust.

In large bowl, combine granulated sugar, 3 tbs flour and baking powder. Add eggs and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour lemon mixture over raspberry layer. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Spread with lemon glaze, as follows. Let stand until set.

Lemon glaze: Combine 1/2 c icing sugar, 1 tbs melted margarine and 1 tbs lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Tint a pale yellow, if desired.
