Aunt Elina’s Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 large package fine egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • 1/2 pound velveeta
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion

  2. Cook noodles and drain

  3. Combine all ingredients, mixing well

  4. Place mixture into greased casserole dish(es)

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes at 350°

  6. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes
