Velvet Corn

Serves 5 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cans white shoepeg corn
  • 1 8 oz. block cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in saucepan.

  2. Heat until all ingredients are melted.

  3. Taste for seasoning (salt and pepper)

  4. Serve
