Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c chopped celery (with leaves)
- 3/4 c chopped onions
- 3/4 c butter
- 9 c soft bread cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper

cook celery & onion in butter until celery is tender
