Ingredients
- 84g dark chocolate, 2 tsp honey, 200ml cream (1/2+1/4 cup), heaped 1 tsp coffee in tiny bit water, pinch cinnamon.
Directions

Put chocolate, 3 tbsp of the cream and honey in bowl and melt gently. Stir and leave to cool. Pour rest of cream coffee and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk till thick. Gently fold in chocolate mixture. Chill in fridge overnight. Before serving dust with cocoa and top with toasted chopped hazelnuts.
