Tortilla Roll-Ups or Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2-3 Tbsp. chunky salsa
  • Chopped green onions
  • Flour tortillas or tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Cream softened cream cheese in a bowl using a mixer. Add 2-3 Tbsps of chunky salsa and chopped green onions and continue to mix together. use with tortiall chips as a dip or spread on flour tortillas and roll up. If making roll-ups, wrap in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Cut in 1/2" pieces and serve.
