Ingredients
- 2 C. mini marshmallows
- 1 C. chopped nuts (i used walnuts)
- 1 C. craisens (or any other chopped dried fruit of your choosing)
- 3/4 C. powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 C. white corn syrup
- 12 oz pkg chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 2 tsp. vanilla

Melt corn syrup and butter together in med. sauce pan over low heat.

While this is melting, line a 9×13 cake pan with aluminum foil and spray with Pam. Layer craisins, marshmallows and then nuts on bottom of cake pan.

Add chocolate chips to sauce pan and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Then stir in powdered sugar. Quickly pour into 9×13 cake pan and smooth with spatula. Place in fridge to cool.

Cut into 1 1/2" squares when cool and serve.
