No-Knead Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 3-3/4 c flour
  • 1/4 t yeast (yes, 1/4)
  • 2 t sea salt
  • 1-1/2 c water

Directions

  1. Combine, rise 18 HOURS.

  2. Scrape onto floured surface, divide in 4 parts.

  3. Pull side into center – 4 folds (don’t overhandle)

  4. Shape each into ball, seam side down.
