Nano’s Salad

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 3 figs
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 lemon or lime, juiced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pomegranite
- 4 cups spinach leaves
- 2 tomato, medium
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Cut everything up however you want and toss it all in a big bowl. Carefully clean the pomegranite and add in the seeds, being careful not to get the yellow rind in the salad— it’s bitter. Add the olive oil and lemon/lime juice last, and toss until the spinach leaves are evenly coated. Add a little honey if the salad is too tart, which can happen if your pomegranite is unripe.
