Dough Preparation: In a big vessel/bowl take a sachet of yeast,bit of sugar and warm water.Keep it undisturbed for 10min. Add 2spoon of olive oil to yeast.

Take 2 ½ cup(rice cooker cup) or 1 ½ cup(measuring cup) of bread flour.Add it to yeast along with little salt and mix like chapathi dough(not watery). Knead the dough until softens.Keep it aside for atleast 2 ½ hrs.

Puree Preparation: In a fry pan add a spoon of olive oil,perungaayam,tomato puree( ½ can for 2 pizza). Boil for 2min. Add dry basil leave, oregano leaves,pepper powder. Keep in low flame until it starts the flavour. Keep it aside.Chop onion,capsicum,olives,jalapeno lengthwise etc.

oking: Preheat oven for 10min at 375. Take the dough and spread it like chapathi in pizza plate.Heat the dough in oven for exactly 10min.Remove from oven and spread the tomato sauce ,cheese, onion,capsicum,olives etc.Keep in oven for another 10min. For the crust to be fragile keep in broil for 1min.
