Kesari Baath

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream of Wheat
- 4 oz Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Ghee
- 2 Pods Cardamom, seeds removed and pounded
- 2 Tbsp Cashews
- 2 Tbsp Raisins
- 8 oz Milk
- 8-10 strings Saffron
Directions

Heat 3 tbsp ghee in pan. Add cream of wheat and fry until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Boil milk. Add cream of wheat and cook for appr 5 minutes. Add sugar and cook for another few minutes. Add warm water if needed. Remove from heat.

Fry cashews in remaining 1 tbsp of ghee. Add raisins. Turn off heat and add ground cardamom & saffron.
