Ingredients
- 6 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup applesauce, cranberry sauce, any kind of fruit sauce
- 2 tsp vanilla (if using cranberry sauce, use 1/2 tsp almond extract instead)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, etc)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix dry ingredients in mixer bowl, add in the wet ingredients, then add raisins and walnuts.

Spread into a 9×13 pan, bake for 20-30 minutes.
