Blueberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 packages grape jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 #2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 #2 can blueberries or blueberry pie filling

  • TOPPING:
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. TIP: A #2 can is an old measurement…it is basically the size of the average/regular can of green beans or corn.

  2. Dissolve jello in water.

  3. Add pineapple and blueberries.

  4. Mix and congeal in a 13×9 inch dish.

  5. TOPPING: After jello is all set, mix topping ingredients and spread over jello.

  6. Chill.
