Ingredients
- 1 lb. Spareribs
- Marinate:
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Meat tenderizer
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Cold water
- 5 C. Oil
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp. A-1 Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Cold Water

Chop the spareribs into 1" wide, 2" long pieces. Separate the bone lengthwise into two pieces.

In a bowl combine the marinade ingredients. Add the spareribs and mix them thoroughly. Soak 2 – 4 hours.

Heat 5 c. oil in the frying pan until it is very hot. Deep fry pork spareribs about 3 minutes over high heat until they are lightly browned and crispy. Drain oil from pan.

Heat another 2 Tbsp. of oil in frying pan. Our in the seasoning sauce. Cook until boiling. Turn off the heat. Add spareribs and mix well. Pour on platter with optional scallion and pineapple.
