Ingredients
- 1 package (28 oz) loose-pack frozen diced has brown potatoes with onion and peppers, thawed
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, finely shredded
- 1 cup provolone cheese, finely shredded
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 slices back, crisp-cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
Directions

In slow cooker, combine hash brown potatoes, chicken soup, cream cheese, Gouda cheese, provolone cheese, milk, green onions and pepper.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hours. Before serving, gently stir in chives and bacon.
