Grilled Salmon with Honey-Soy Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1TB Brown Sugar
  • 1TB Butter, melted
  • 1TB Olive or Vegetable Oil
  • 1TB Honey
  • 1TB Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 2lb Salmon fillet, cut into 8 pieces

Directions

  1. In small bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.

  2. Marinate the salmon for 30-60 min.

  3. Remove salmon from marinade and save marinade.

  4. Place salmon, skin side down, on grill. Cover and grill over medium heat 10-20 minutes, brushing with marinade 2-3 times.

  5. Cook until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
