Soft berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150g natural or low-fat yogurt
  • handful of blueberries
  • handful of raspberries
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Taste and add more fruit or honey if needed, and a splash of milk if it is too thick.
