Soft berry smoothie

Ingredients
- 150g natural or low-fat yogurt
- handful of blueberries
- handful of raspberries
- 1 tsp honey
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Taste and add more fruit or honey if needed, and a splash of milk if it is too thick.
