Tuna Salad

Good to take to work for lunch

Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 6oz can of tuna
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 T minced red onion
- 2 T sliced almonds
- 2 t curry powder
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt

Mix all together. Serve on bread or lettuce or just eat alone.
