Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups crushed blueberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 8 cups sugar
- 1 cup liquid pectin
Directions
- Pick over and wash berries. Crush well and add lemon juice and rind. Add sugar and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil rapidly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in pectin.
- Skim and pour into clean hot glasses. Seal with paraffin at once.
