Gooseberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 quart ripe gooseberries
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Wash gooseberries and remove stem and blossom ends. Add water and cook until skins Add sugar and cook quickly until thick. Pour into clean hot kars and seal.
  2. makes about 4 (8 oz.) jars
